we called it the Oneway because we only cook our pizza in a wood fired oven the neapolitan style. our oven reaches up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit. authentic neapolitan pizza is backed no more than 2 1/2 mins in a wood fire bricked oven and even traditional convention ovens cannot attain the necessary temperatures used to create the signature texture and flavour of our pizza 

we are a new pizza company, we are everyday improving our business, we also listen to our customers and their feedbacks.

our ingredients are weekly flown from italy, we only work with the best premium quality ingredients to make sure we stand out and to produce better quality tasting pizza and we ensure to give out the same everytime we deliver.

we leave our dough set 48hours in the fridge below 5C Celsius for fermentation. any dough beyond 48hours we dont work with. we also have the best pizza chef in town so they wont be any drought of pizzas
